Sun
From Achillea to Veronica - we have lots to choose from!
Sun-loving plants will thrive in full sun, meaning the plant should receive unfiltered sunlight for at least six hours a day.
Flowers, grasses, groundcovers, pollinator friendly. There is something for everyone.
Shade
We have many choices for part and full shade. Shade does not have to be boring!
Most of our part-shade perennials prefer morning sun and afternoon shade. If you have morning shade and 6+ hours of afternoon sun, choose a full sun plant.
From the old reliables like Astilbe, Ferns, & Hosta to the more unique offerings like Aralia, Toad Lily & Mukdenia, Raymond’s grows many wonderful shade plants that arrive from our greenhouses throughout the season.
Native
Native plants are adapted to difficult growing conditions and are naturally predisposed to survive in their native habitats or similar environments.
Whether you are looking for a NC Native or US Native we have a wide assortment to choose from.

We grow 4 heated houses filled to the brim with annuals. Hanging baskets, 6” pots, Quarts, 6-packs, Sun and shade
